Although the home search phase of our business relationship may seem like the most important part of the transaction to you, even more important are those phases having to do with saving you money and protecting your interests. Nevertheless, in the home search we show you any home you might wish to see, even tenant-occupied, foreclosures, probate, government-owned, fixer uppers, for-sale-by-owners, bank-owned REO's, VA, HUD, and distressed properties of all kinds. That's not counting two entire Multiple Listing Services covering six different counties!
We negotiate on your behalf 100%. We give you our complete loyalty and maintain the utmost confidentiality. We make sure the home you buy is thoroughly inspected. We guide you away from bad deals. We reject the idea that "dual agency", where a seller's agent purports to represent both buyer and seller, is somehow fair to any consumer, whether buyer or seller.
